FAQ for Buxton Crescent

Children under 4 years of age are accommodated free of charge on a roll away bed. Children in the parents’ / carers room aged 4 to under 12 years pay the price of a bed/extra bed at £40.00 per night to include breakfast.

Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, check-out time by 11:00 AM.

Early check-in and late check-out are possible on request and depending on availability. Please note that a surcharge will apply. Storage facilities for your luggage are available at the reception. The hotel offers a 24hr front desk and porter services. 

The hotel can arrange transfers from Airports / Stations by private car and prices are on request.

Local taxes are included.

Car Parking is available in front of and opposite the Hotel. A permit can be obtained from reception on check in and the cost to park for a full day costs £6.00. Parking is free between 6pm and 8am.

The Old Hall Hotel does accept well behaved dogs at an additional charge of £20.00 per dog per night. Dogs are not permitted in the Food & Beverage areas.

Spa access for packages where it's not included, is available to purchase for £40 per person, per night. Available from 

Any Bed & Breakfast packages booked after 3rd March 2026 do not include spa access.
